Notice of Public Hearing

 The Fairfield Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on the following: 

  1. Adoption of a new General Plan. The General Plan is a comprehensive, long-range policy document that guides future growth, land use, development, resource management, and public services in Fairfield.
  2. Ordinance:  Amending Chapter 10.21. Signs
  3. Review and recommend changes to Title 10 (Land Use Regulations), Chapter 16 (Special Use Regulations)
  4. Review and recommend adoption of the Culinary Water Master Plan
  5. Review and recommend adoption of the Sewer Master Plan

The proposed application, staff reports, and associated informational materials will be available for review on the Town’s website, fairfieldtown.org, by April 30th at 5 pm.
